Fenix is a platform dedicated to providing movie reviews and release information. We do not host, stream, or distribute copyrighted video content. All movie metadata, promotional images, and review scores are intended for informational purposes only.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our application only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the application, including unauthorized access to our servers or disrupting our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fenix, nor its developers or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the application.
